The Grow model

Planning is sexy, there I’ve said it!
In a world of instant gratification, it is hard to see why this model does not get the attention it deserves.

The GROW model involves thinking, really critical thinking because sometimes when we set goals they are overly optimistic, other times they are unrealistic but maybe not in obvious way


To do this I had to make changes to my end-of-year/start-of-year actives. This meant planning, saying no, and making some difficult choices. It also meant that I could slide into the New Year feeling ultra chill and kick-off 2022 renewed and ready.

Why can’t we wake up?

ed. Thanks to Corona we some of us can WFH, which evaporated our daily commute and has provided greater autonomy and flexibility. Many are still working to a widget making schedule because either we have not or our employers has not evolved to view tasks and deliverables more important than hours worked. Hours aside, My question to you is what can you add, subtract, or shake up to rekindle that yearning to leap out of bed in the morning?
